CLASSES
Designed for little ones ready to join a structured gymnastics class without help.
Classes meet once per week for 4 week sessions.
January 2026 sessions begin on Tuesday January 6th
TUESDAYS 1:00 pm
Ages 3 1/2 - 5 1/2
THURSDAYS 3:00 pm
Ages 4 1/2 - 6
During class, kids will learn to wait their turn, improve social skills, and explore fun stations such as BARS, VAULT, and BALANCE BEAM.
Students will also learn basic gymnastics skills such as ROLLS, BRIDGE, and HANDSTANDS.
Winter 2026 Registration through the City of Lake Forest Recreational Programs is now open.
