We offer a range of classes for kids and teens of all ages and levels of ability. 


Parent & Me (for ages: 18 months - 3 YEARS OLD)

You and your toddler will have fun exploring the gym and going through obstacles that are set up by our gymnastics coach. These activities will help your child develop social skills while increasing parent-child bonding experience. Also, your child will learn new skills like rolls, hanging on bars, walking on the balance beam and fun games on the trampoline. Parent participation is required.

  • Class meets once a week
  • Monday, Tuesday OR Wednesday  from 10:00 AM - 10:45 AM
 

Transitional (for ages 3.5-5 YEARS OLD)

This class is great for kids that are ready to be in a structured gymnastics class without mom or dad's assistance. Children will strengthen their muscles and better their coordination while improving their social skills. Children will learn to wait for their turn and go through stations such as bars, vault, and balance beam where they will start to learn basic gymnastics skills. 

  • Class meets once a week.
  • Monday 11 - 11:45AM, Tuesday 11 - 11:45 AM, Tuesday 6 - 6:45 PM or Thursday 5 - 5:45PM
 

GYMNASTICS CLASS (for ages: 5.5 - 12)

This is a recreational gymnastics program, in which children will learn basic skills with fun exercises, floor exercise, parallel and uneven bars, balance beam, vault, and our 30-foot-long trampoline!

Kids benefit from increased confidence and coordination and will develop cooperation and listening skills under the guidance of our coaches -
and have fun while doing so!

  • Class meets once a week
  • Class ratio is 8 kids to 2 coaches
  • Private and semi-private classes availabl

CLASSES FOR KIDS AND TEENAGERS WITH DISABILITIES (ages: 4 and up)

To determine class placement, we conduct an assessment of social and physical skills.

We most commonly work with children and teenagers with the following disabilities:

  • ADHD
  • Autism
  • Down Syndrome
  • Ataxia-Telangiectasia (A-T)
  • Speech and Language Disorders
  • Sensory Integration Disorder
  • Developmental Delays
  • Learning Disabilities

All students must be able to walk on their own to ensure a safe class for everyone.
