Gymnastics Classes
Us Too Gymnastics classes are designed to help your child experience gymnastics in a fun and positive environment. Our 45 minute program will introduce you and your child to activities that stimulate the mind and body as a whole. Activities that will help your child learn to focus, interact, take turns, follow directions and have fun. We are not Occupational Therapists, but rather gymnasts and moms working together, doing activities that involve basic gymnastics, songs, games and social skills.
Cost: $125.00 per month (1 class per week)
Private Session $200.00 per month one 45 minute class per week
Mommy and Me Classes for Children ages walking to 3
Come and be part of a weekly play group where you can help your child socialize with other kids and they can explore, play and use their imaginations. Parents are required to participate in these classes
Cost $75.00 per month classes are 30 minutes.
New Programs
Dance Theater - 8 week session
Your child's imagination will come to life while learning basic acting and dancing skills. In addition they will improve on their social skills and self confidence. At the end of an 8 week session we will commence a short recital. Classes are held on Thursdays from 5:30pm - 6:15pm. Cost of the program is $140.00.
Next session will begin on January 11th, 2008 through February 28th, 2008
Saturday classes available upon request (minimum of 4 or more children to be signed up)
Hip Hop Class
Get your child moving to the beat! This class will teach your child fun dance moves to upbeat
music.
This class will be filled with 30 minutes of fun every Tuesdays from 4:30pm - 5:00pm. Cost of program is $45 for 4 weeks
Next session will beg in on January 8, 2008
Saturday classes available upon request (minimum of 4 or more children to be signed up)
Track and Field
This program is offered three times a year at Pittsford Park in Lake Forest. Children will work on events such as, 50-yard dash, hurdles, long jump and relay.
Each week your child will be working on improving their scores and times. In addition they will have fun, exercising, working on sportsmanship and team building.
This 8 week program is $100.00 Held on Friday evenings from 5:30pm - 6:30pm starts again in May.
Coming Soon
Tap Class
Let your child tap their troubles away. This class will teach your child basic tap dancing skills while they tap their feet to real cool beat. This will be a 4 week session running 30 minutes. 10:30 TO 11:00am on Saturdays

Tap shoes can be purchased at Payless shoes.

Social play class
This 30 minute class is for kids ages 4 and up. It is designed for the kid that is unable to follow basic instructions but enjoys playing in the gym. This is a great class to get the child used to the environment and ready for a "Beginning class"
The cost is $75 a month.
